This tutorial was written for experienced PSP users

Plug in used Eye Candy 4 Glass & Gradient Glow
Mask of choice
I only remember a handful of masks and where I get them from

Open a new image 500x500
Open frame 4
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Click inside the frame using your magic wand
Expand by 2
Open paper 2
Paste as a new layer
Selections
Invert
Delete
Select none
Add a DS to your frame
Open your tube
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position in the middle of your frame
Add DS
Open floral vine
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position on the bottom left of your frame
Add DS
Duplicate
Mirror
Open the rose
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Place it on the top left of your frame
Add DS
Duplicate
Mirror
Open bow 1
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Place on the bottom of the frame
Add DS
Duplicate
Mirror
Open diamond deco 1
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Place behind your frame
Add DS
Open doodle 3
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Place it behind your tube on the top of your frame
Add DS
Duplicate
Move it to the bottom your frame
Open the heart scatter
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Place it behind your tube
Open paper 5
Apply your mask
Merge group
Add all © info
Add your name
Eye candy glass
Gradient glow
Merge visible
Save as a PNG!
