The tutorial was written for experienced PSP users
Supplies:
Scrap kit by Pimp'd Designz called Flutter To Fantasy here
Font called Scriptina
Mask of Choice
Plug In Eye Candy 4 gradient Glow
Open a new image 500x500
Open frame 4
Paste as a new layer
re size
Click inside of the frame using your magic wand
Expand by 3
Open paper 5
Re size 50%
Paste as a new layer
Selections,Invert,Delete
Select none
Move your paper layer beneath your frame layer
Add a DS to your frame layer
Open the mushrooms
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position on the right of the frame
Add DS
Open the bottle
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position on the mushroom
Add DS
Open flower 1
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position behind your mushrooms
Add DS
Open flower 2
Paste as new layer
re size
Position behind the mushrooms
Add DS
Open the dirt
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position at the bottom of your frame
Add DS
Open the butterfly
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position on the left of the frame
Add DS
Open flower 7
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position on the left bottom of frame
Add Ds
Duplicate
Mirror
Move back to the original flower and position
Open the flower petals
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position them under your flowers Add DS
Open the lamp post
Paste as a new layer
Re size
position in front of your flowers
Add DS
Open Pegasus
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position center of frame
Add DS
Open beads 1
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position
Open sparkle 3
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position behind Pegasus
Open Word art
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position at the bottom of your frame
Add Eye Candy 4 gradient glow
Add DS
Add any © info you may have
Add Your name
Add DS
Merge Visible
Save as a PNG!!!
