This tutorial was written for experienced PSP users
Supplies:
Scrap kit called Can't Be Tamed by Pimp'd Designz here

Font used is WaterBrush ROB
Plug in used Eye Candy 4 Gradient Glow
Open a new image 500x500
Open frame 5
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Using your magic wand
Click inside of the frame
Selections,modify,expand by 2
Open paper 7
Paste as a new layer
Selections,invert,delete
Select none
Move the paper layer below your frame layer
Add A DS to your frame
Open the floor
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Move this layer behind your frame layer towards the bottom of your frame
Open your tube
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position the tube on the floor
Add DS
Open the wings
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Move this layer to behind your paper layer
Position at the top of your frame

Add DS
Open your staple
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position at a slant on the left top side of your frame
Add DS
Duplicate
Mirror
Open the chandelier
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Place it behind your tube on the left
Add DS
Open the cage
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position on the right of your tube
Add DS
Open floral 1
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position on the left side of your frame
Add DS
Duplicate
Mirror
Open flower 2
Paste as a new layer
Re size
position on the right bottom of your frame
Add DS
Duplicate
Mirror
Open feather 2
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position on top of the white flower
Add DS
Duplicate

Open black flower
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position on top of the feather
Add DS

Place this behind your tube
Open Sparkles
Paste as a new layer

Position on your tube
Add all © info
Add your name
Eye Candy
Gradient Glow
Merge visible
Save as a PNG
