This tutorial is was written for experienced PSP users.
Supplies:
FTU scrap kit by Deanna called Momma.You can download it here
Font used is Cocktail Script
Plug ins used are Eye Candy 4 and Xero Porcelain
Open a new image 500x500
We are going to first start out by making our own cluster frame
So please refer to my tag for positioning
Open frame 4
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Add DS
Open bow 1
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position
Add DS
Open butterfly 2
Paste as a new layer
Position
Add DS
Open your flower doodle
Re size
Position behind your butterfly
Add DS
Open leaves2
Paste as new layer
Position
Add DS
Open leaves 1
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position
Add DS
Click inside of your frame using your magic wand
Selections,modify,expand by 2
Open paper 1
Paste as a new layer
Selections,invert,delete
Select none
Move your paper layer below your frame layer
Open your tube
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Click inside your frame again using your magic wand
Expand by 2
Click on your tube
Selections,invert,delete
Select none
Apply Xero Porcelain
Add DS
Add any © info
Add your name
Eye candy glass and gradient glow
Add DS
Add your sparkles
Merge visible
Save as a PNG!
