Scrap kit called My Valentine by I Don't Give A Scrap.You can purchase it here

Font used is Carpenter Script which is PTU
Plug ins used are Eye Candy 4,Xenofex & Mura Meister copies
I didn't use Mura's but if you have it,it's much easier for the roses around
your frame
Open a new image 500x500
Open your chrome frame
Paste as a new layer
Re size 50%
Click inside your frame using your magic wand
Selections,Modify by 2
Open paper 17
Paste as a new layer
Selections,invert,delete
Move the paper layer under your frame layer
Add DS to your frame
Open your pink rose
Since I don't have Mura's I had to duplicate and go around the frame myself
Merge all those to one layer
Add DS
Apply Xenofex constellation to your flowers around your frame
These are the settings I used
Open your red candles
Paste as a new layer
Re size using your pick tool
Place them on the right bottom side of your frame
Add DS
Open your tube
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Place her in the middle,at the bottom of your frame
Add DS
Open your white rose
Paste as a new layer
Place this behind your candles
Add DS
Open your red rose
Add DS
Duplicate twice
Arrange behind your white rose
Open your candy heart
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Place this on the left side of your tube at the bottom
Add DS
Open your rose petals
Paste as a new layer
Move this layer to behind your paper layer
Duplicate and move this layer towards the bottom of your frame
Add all © info
Type your name out
Eye Candy 4
Glass
Gradient Glow
Add DS
Merge visible
Save as a PNG!
