Scrap kit by Addictive Pleasures called Radiation here
Template from Addictive Templates here
Artwork by Zlata_M from Pics For Design here
Font of choice
Plug in Eye Candy 6
Open your temp
Delete the © layer
Use papers 2 5 7 9 & 12 for the template
Add a Gradient Glow around your layers
Add DS to your word art
Add noise to the skulls
Open your tube
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position
Add DS
Open and paste these elements along with a DS:
Handprint
Battery
Barrel 3
Badge
Bottle
Halftone
Sign
Meter
Mask
Clouds
Lightening
Add all © info
Add your name
Eye Candy Glass
Gradient Glow Twice
Add DS
Merge visible
Save as PNG!
