This tutorial was written for experienced PSP users

Scrap kit by Toxic Desirez called Fluffy Emo here
Biggest Fan Template by Brutal Designs here
Artwork by Lady Mishka at Scraps And The City here
Font of choice
Open your template
Delete your © layer
Open papers 2 3 5 12 21
Use these on your template
Open your tube
Paste as a new layer
Position it above your rectangle
Click on rectangle
Selections Select all Float De float
Click on your tube
Selections Invert Delete Select None
Duplicate tube
On your duplicate layer add Gaussian Blur 5
Change blend mode to screen
Add DS to the frame above the tube
Open your tube again
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position
Add DS
Open and paste these elements along w/DS:
Background
Background
Beaded String
Bear
Lolli 1 & 2
Bow 1
Wand
Star border
Pom pom
Ribbon
Sparkles
Add all © info
Add your name
EC Glass
Gradient Glow Twice
Add DS
Merge Visible
Save as PNG!
