Scrap kit called Punks Not Dead by Addictive Pleasures here

Template By Addictive Templates here
Font of choice
Open your template
Delete the © layer
Use papers 1 10 & 12 for a few of your layers
Open your tube
Paste as a new layer over your green circle
Activate your green circle
Selections Select all Float De float
Click on your tube layer
Selections Invert Delete Select None
Apply Luminance (L)
Repeat this step for your other 3 circles
Add Ds to your tubes and to your frames
Open and paste your tube again
Re size
Position
Add Ds
Open and paste all these elements with a DS:
