This tutorial was written for experienced PSP users
Supplies:
FTU scrap kit called Shamrock by Creative Scraps by Crys here
Font is called TaggingZher1
Mask 194 from Weescotslass Creations here
Plug in Eye Candy 6 for the name
Open a new image 500x500
Open frame 4
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Click inside the frame using your magic wand
Expand by 3
Open paper 10
Paste as a new layer
Selections Invert delete
Select none
Add DS to your frame
Open lass
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position
Add DS
Open yellow bow
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position
Add DS
Duplicate
Mirror
Open the green butterfly
Paste as a new layer
Position
Add DS
Open yellow and green flowers
