Plug in Eye Candy 6
Font/Mask of choice
New image 500x500
Open the ribbon frame
Paste as a new layer
Re size
Position
Click inside the frame using your magic wand
Expand by 3

I made this tag using Kristin's Emo Rock kit again....It's a fabby kit and I just had to use it again!
This tutorial was written for experienced PSP users
Supplies:
Scrap kit called Emo Rock by Toxic Desirez here
Artwork by Zlata_M at Pics For Design here
Template called Pretty In Punk by Brutal Designs here
Plug in used are Tramages Tow The Line & Eye Candy 6
Open your temp
Delete the © layer
Use papers 1 2 4 8 & 11 for the template
Add a black gradient glow to your layers
Add Tramages Tow the Line to the half paper on the large circle
Add DS to your word art
Open your tube
Paste as a new layer
Position on top of the small square to the left
Click on the square
Selections Select All Float De float
Click on your tube
Selections Invert Delete Select None
Position Tube again
Mirror
Repeats the above steps
Apply Luminance legacy to both tubes
Paste your tube again
Position to the right
Re size
Add DS
Open and paste these tubes along with a DS:
Beaded String
Beaded String
Cd's & records
Flames
Bow 2
